Healthy Connections
Feeling anxious, stressed or low?
Would you like to find ways to connect with people and activities in your area?
Want to build your confidence and improve your wellbeing?
Through the Healthy Connections project you will be supported to explore your situation, focus on your health and wellbeing goals. They could offer you help to access physical activities, find out about learning, training and volunteering, support you to become involved in your community and more.
You can have up to six 1-to-1 sessions which take place at the Healthy Living Centre in Weston-super-Mare’s South ward. Contact Kim Lane, Wellbeing Worker at the Healthy Living Centre for more details (01934 427528). There is also a Health Connections leaflet containing more information.
