Universal Credit
This one-day course examines the introduction, structure and administration of universal credit. It includes practical exercises and case studies to illustrate the effects on different categories of claimants.
The course is for advisers with a good working knowledge of the existing benefit system.
Participants should leave with a good understanding of the structure and administration of universal credit, to help them give accurate and practical advice to claimants.
